Trimtex is a world-leading custom design sports wear company. Our professional athletes deliver top-class performances, and our triathlon suits have won at the Olympic Games, Ironman World Championship, World Triathlon Championship Series, Extreme Triathlon Series, and multiple Ironman distances.

We sell both ready-to-wear retail products and custom sportswear clothing across triathlon, cross-country skiing, cycling, running & orienteering.

We are now moving to further expand our presence in the international market and are seeking a new team member within the marketing and brand department.

We are looking for a highly organised creative marketeer with previous relevant experience, excellent English skills (written & oral), and good attention to detail, who can identify with our core values: Bold, Agile, Responsible, and Open.

Ideally, this role will be based in our HQ in Lillesand, Norway. However, for the right candidate, we are willing to discuss the possibility of having this role remotely.

THE ROLE
Responsible for posting and the performance of our social media channels, supporting Brand and Marketing
teams to create engaging content and optimise Digital Marketing performance. Play a key and take an active part of the digital growth of Trimtex with assisting creative marketing campaigns and content creatives to increase customer engagement, lead generation, traffic, and conversions.

KEY TASKS
• Plan, produce, and execute engaging social media content and campaigns (foremost “non-ad” activity)
• Ownership of weekly posting, development, growth, and engagement with Trimtex social media community
• Create, update, and implement website content and changes
• Assist with the creation of B2B & B2C campaigns, newsletters, and general brand & marketing content
• Copywriting engaging texts in English for the brand, marketing, and sales teams. (Norwegian is also desirable)
• Proofreading and translation management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent or native English, written and oral
• Previous experience with key social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• A University degree is preferable but documented results and experience in a similar position can compensate for a lack of education/qualifications.

• Ability to learn new concepts, terminology, and complex technical topics quickly and diligently

• Content performance - Landing pages, Social, email etc
• ROI & ROAS of digital campaigns
• Completion of web admin tasks
